I here by conformed that all provided information are right my understanding , i committed to pay on time rental payment and follow  the rules and regulation by Ncomforts Office
• The Tenant shall pay the amount as a refundable deposit. In the event of any damage to the contents of the Apartment by the Tenant or one of his members , the Tenant shall undertake to repair such damages and return the apartment to its condition at the time of its receipt
• The tenant shall observe the Islamic behavior and ethics during the period of his stay in the apartment, and not to allow the residence of any other persons who are not accompanied by him with a commitment to calm and not to disturb others in the interest of public comfort.
• The tenant is responsible for the entire property of the apartment and must maintain it. In the event of damage to property, he must pay the appropriate compensation determined by the administration and the tenant is not entitled to transfer the contract to another person.
• Ensure that the air conditioning, lighting and electrical appliances are closed when the customer leaves the apartment. In order to prevent the occurrence of dangers, God forbid, he will be responsible for them.
• The term of the contract is 12 months and the tenant has the right to terminate the contract at the end of any month provided that the rent is paid up to the date of eviction
• Rental fees agreed upon in advance shall be paid at the beginning of each period and the second party shall bear the amount of 300 riyals per day for each additional day in case of staying in the apartment after the date of the end of the contract.
• In the event that the lessee fails after the expiry of the maturity period by three days, or the lessee fails to pay the rent payment due for more than 48 hours, the first party shall be entitled to segregate all services and open and dispose of the apartment without any liability of the first party. The contract shall be null and void. The lessee of the first part Management is not responsible for losing valuables of the tenant inside the apartment.
• The lessee has no right to refund the rent in case of vacate before the expiry of the contract period.
• The contract is valid for one year and if the tenant wishes to renew the period or vacate the apartment, he shall notify the management thereof before the expiry of the period by seven days.
• The contract shall be terminated and void in case of breach of one of the conditions mentioned above. The official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.
• This contract refers to the first party (in charge) and referred to the second party (the lessee)
• The parties undertake to conclude the lease agreement through a rental platform system ejar incase of  force by the Ministry of Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia As stipulated by the Council of Ministers by Clause No. 131 dated 3/4/1435 H
